The process of skew rolling rolling ball is as follows

1. raw materials

The raw material of rolling ball is all kinds of round bar bars. The steel bars need not be processed and can be directly hoisted onto the feeder through the overhead crane.

2. heating

The feeding machine sends round bar to the medium frequency heating furnace and is heated until the suitable rolling temperature is reached

3. rolling

Heated to the right steel bar is sent to the mill, rolled into balls

4. heat treatment

When the steel ball is rolled, a specific heat treatment is needed to achieve the required hardness

5. detection

After heat treatment, the steel ball needs to be tested to see whether the loss has reached the required hardness and whether it still needs special treatment

6. packing

There are two kinds of stainless steel packaging, iron: usually 850KGS steel, tons of bags: each bag containing a ton.

7. warehousing

After completion of the packing, the ball will usually be placed in the designated area and ready for delivery.
