Installation and commissioning

    1.place: mixing drum machine should be placed on the ground level, to ensure           the stable operation of the machine

    2.installation: please identify the air entrance pipe diameter, screw type, and to            the connecting pipe and the locking of the pipeline, the shorter the better, such        as the configuration of steel pipe, please install a hose or a movable joint, in              order to facilitate  the operation.

  3.peed regulation: speed adjustment slowly, not too fast speed, so as to avoid             accidents.  

  4.peration: first check whether there is oil leak confirmation, the lock ring is ti               ghtened, the first micro open air switch, and then slowly open the pressure s             witch, but also do not exceed not too small to affect the operation.

Matters needing attention

1.air inlet pipe must be installed with three points, in order to adjust the pressure and water filtration in the AIR pipeline.

2.air inlet must be equipped with a lubricating device (the oil must be in accordance with the SAE10 standard or homogeneous lubricant).

3.to remove oil drums, please connect the air pipe closed, in order to avoid accidents.

4.operation, the operator to maintain a certain distance, so as not to shake, causing bumps.

5.abnormal sound and abnormal vibration, such as the need to stop the machine to confirm whether the screw loose.
