We have set up independent R&D department, with experienced technician from Maxxis and Giti, to customize and design the pattern for you. Till now we have successfully developed some models for customers from Italy, Portugal, Russia, America, Australia etc. 

The tire machines are imported from Germany, Holland and Japan. Tires are produced under strict quality control systems accredited with ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 9001:2000.

Our tires are approved by DOT, ECE, REACH, some have TIRE-LABELING, GCC.

1. Is Dignio Tyre a factory or trade company?

We're the direct manufacturer for 4x4 off road racing tires and semi slick drifting tires, also we have quite good and stable cooperation with many famous truck and car tire factories in China, such as Haida, Double Star, Long March etc., our prices are quite competitive.

2. How long is the delivery time?

If the tire is in stock, 15 days after receiving buyer's 30% prepayment.

3. What's your payment term?

For new customers, our usually payment term is 30%T/T Prepaid,The Balance by T/T within 7 Days After shipment against B/L copy, or irrevocable L/C at sight.

For old customers, our payment terms could be quite flexible, O/A and D/P is welcomed as well.

4. Is sample tires available?

Of course, we could provide sample tires for our customers at first for testing the quality.

5. What's your Minimum Order Quantity?

Usually it should be at least 1X20GP, but sample tires and LCL shipment will be acceptable at first.

6. What kind of currency do you accept?

EUR, USD and CNY are all acceptable.

7. How about the warranty?

We could offer you the official warranty profiles if it's needed. Should any problem caused by tire quality or production, not by human improper operation, the relative compensation will be given in time.
