Pulse Igniter Module for Industrial Oven

 

Fuction:

Our electric Pulse Igniters are mainly used with infrared burner (gas burner) to do with supporting the product uses two relays, with ignition stability, long life advantages, it is the input voltage AC200V - 240V, output voltage 16KV above, the lighter in normal use in case of flameout When the ignition can be automatically longer than the ignition time (20 seconds) is still closed when the gas solenoid valve automatically, and issued a warning sound.

How to connect?

Our Electric Pulse Igniter has 9 wires in total, the wiring instructions are as followed:

N: ignition output.

S: signal induction.

Green: power 220V AC.

Blue: power common line,power bridging line(null line).

White Blue: Turn off the ignition (ignition) indicator,flameout indicator light.

Red:combustion (work) indicator.

Yellow: BZ alarm.
