Application Desc.
This series is a kind of pneumatic diaphragm actuator of using multiple spring structure with light weight, small volume, big output power, and high performance of straight travel. The working principles are as follows. The pressure which is transformed from the signal of electricity or gas, adjusting the instrument, by locator is inputted to the film. The pressurere acts on mebrane and produces thrust, which makes output shaft move. At the same time, compress the spring until it balances with reacting force, which makes output shaft reaches the designated spot. Besides, location control can also be realized by gas signal acting directly on the mebrane.
This series of pneumatic film actuator is divided into two types, positive effects type and reaction type. The design of this actuator can make control valve switched and adjusted reliably.
