Longze designed and manufactured popcorn machines with gas heating and electromagnetic induction heating separately aim to meet customers' demand for big capacity in an economical way. It can be combined with our production line to reach even bigger capacity upto 6 tons per day. If less productivity is required, it can also work along with a short production line with min. length 7 meters.

Unique Mixing
German high technology is introduced for electric induction heating system, highly increasing heating efficiency and therefore shortening the popping process.
Automatic Ignition
Source fire is ignited automatically with press button, and gas is also released automatically with electromagnetic valve to control precisely the required heating for popping.
Full Combustion
Pressure burner can provide strong flames with less gas consumption. Full combustion shows blue color flames. Thick fireproofing material provides good insulation of heating and prevent loss of heating energy.
German High-tech
German high technology is introduced for electric induction heating system, highly increasing heating efficiency and therefore shortening the popping process.
Manual Coiling
Pure copper induction wires for all electromagnetic machines are coiled manually by our technicians, which is very rare in manufacturing factories, ensuring fully compatible for popping corns.
