A1: We are direct factory. We also have a sourcing team to assist in other special chemicals that requested by customer.

Q2: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A2: We provide free sample(200-400grams) for test via FedEx door to door service. Custo- mer only need to pay on shipping cost. If more than 1kg sample, sample price will be charged per products.

Q3: How long can I expect my goods?

A3: Sample goods will be ready within 2-3 days if product in stock. If not, it’s usually 5-6 days. For mass production order, it usually cost 20-25 days.

A5: We accept EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most conven- ient or cost effective for you.
