PURPOSE: Dental Sterilization pouch Sealing Machine MZS 300:
The Dental Sterilization Pouch Sealing Machine is designed for reliable sealing sealing and cutting of packaging materials (paper-film rolls, bags, paper bags with a hot-melt layer applied or packages of polymer films) under conditions of sterilization compartments in hospitals and demtal clinics. The device is simple and reliable to use.

Caution: The design of the hand sealer machine contains cutting parts!
Caution to burns! The structure of the medical sealer apparatus contains parts heated by operation with the apparatus up to 300 ° C. To work with the device is allowed to persons familiar with  instruction and safety rules when working with electrical appliances!

The case is made of stainless steel (models 2 and 4) or powder coated in white or light gray (models 1 and 3) for corrosion protection and allows easy cleaning and use of disinfectants. On the surface of the body of the device there is a special tray for the installation of rolls of packaging material in it, which does not require additional costs for the purchase and installation of holders for rolls of third-party manufacturers. The design of the device uses a microprocessor temperature controller from Amtel, Japan with an extended service life. The desired temperature is set manually by the operator. The temperature is maintained automatically. In the design of the apparatus, a cutter with a system of double knives is used, which can be easily and quickly replaced in case of cutting or blunting of the cutting edge. As replaceable knives, disposable metal blades used in medical practice (of any manufacturer) can be used.

Operation of the device:
1. Connecting to a power source and adjusting the temperature
Connect the power cord to the socket of the instrument sealing device located on the back of the appliance and insert the plug into the socket. Press the on button, set the desired temperature with the thermostat, wait 2 minutes for heating. When the heat indicator turns off, the unit is ready for operation (DO NOT REMOVE THE HEATING ELEMENT TO AVOID BURN).
The sealer is equipped with an accurate temperature control system (from 50 to 300 ° C) which allows setting the temperature with the help of a special regulator shown in Figure 1. Temperature adjustment

* When using paper-film rolls, it is done by experiment, depending on the type and thickness of the materials to be welded
* The temperature of welding of paper with a film containing in its composition: Polypropylene 160-190⁰C, Polyamide 180-240⁰C, Tyvek 50-80⁰C
