The CNC Horizontal Deep Hole Hydraulic Cylinders Honing Machine is a special equipment used for honing cylindrical deep-hole parts such as various hydraulic oil cylinders and cylinders.
Hole diameter accuracy of machined workpieces can be up to or over IT7 and surface roughness Ra0.2-0.4μm. It can also repair and maintain taper and elasticity of machined workpieces with the help of partial honing.This CNC Horizontal Deep hole Tube/Cylinder Honing Machine is mated with KND CNC System. AC servo motor, honing box adopt stepless speed, Auto-cycle timing control unit is used on this machine during reciprocating honing so as to assure accuracy of machined holes and decrease the intensity of labor.

Workpiece Supporting Part
CNC Horizontal Deep Hole Hydraulic Cylinders Honing Machine equips two sets of V type iron to support and do adjustment, and the clamp’s clamping outer diameter is φ100—φ600mm, and it adopts the chain to lock the workpiece and the chain could be adjusted according to the hole sizes to ensure that the chain and the spindle have the same center to increase the workpiece processing quality.
Honing rod tray
CNC Horizontal Deep hole Tube/Cylinder Honing Machine honing rod tray is on the entrance of the processing workpiece, which could be adjusted up and down. When the honing head enter and the workpiece is taken out, lifting up the honing rod, so that the honing rod could go into the workpiece smoothly without scratching the workpiece.
Operation panel (button station)
Each machine movement and instructions could be achieved through the operation panel (button station). And the panel is on the grinding head holder with the rotation-pull-push design. And the operation panel is CNC system panel with TFT LCD touch screen display.
Grinding rod box
CNC Horizontal Deep hole Tube/Cylinder Honing Machine grinding rod box spindle connects the Shanghai SNMA servo spindle motor by the gearbox and the gear transmits the power with stepless speed regulation and the speed regulation speed range is 10-350r/min. And the grinding rod box could install the universal honing clamper
