    Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the cover of product. You can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coredraw. FREE for big amount.

3.  Can you deign one specially ?

    Yes, please send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements, We will help to make the 3D rendering for you check. And together with you, we will refine the design from the very early start, There normally would be an extra cost for private order cause it really costs.

5.   What is your products material?

Our Stretch tents are basically made of the Best Bedouin stretch material, which is the elastic fabric, double side coated with PU, and its 4-ways spandex material. Waterproof, UV resistant. Can meet with the EN and ASTM standard.

We also provide the Lycra material stretch tent as only sunshade option, which is not waterproof.

6.  What’s included in the package?

Normally our luxury tent includes the bedouin cover, heavy duty bags, aluminum poles, Stainless stakes and clips, also the heavy duty ropes etc. Other things like ground sheet etc. it is optional.

7.  How do you start the order ?

    We will start your order after receiving the down payment. When order is completed, we will email you the detailed digital photo, video for your confirmation, we also accept other ways like face to face instant chat video check etc.

     Normally we do 100%T/T, we also can accept 40% advance, 60% balance, when order is a very large amount.

8.  Lead time ?

     Our regular producing time for 1 pcs is 3~7 days from the date of confirmation order, excluding transit time. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the amount.

9.  Shipping ?

     Here has many options, by door to door Express, by Air, by Sea to your port (FCL/LCL) o your door (DDP).

       The approximate transit time by air is 5 working days, by sea 15 ~30 / 40~60 days.
