1.     Usage

This machine is used for melting nonferrous metals (aluminum).

2.     Feature

1-      The capacity is 5 tons, the door is lifted by electric.

2-      The shell of furnace is 5mm steel plate, furnace wall is 12# channel steel.

3-      The thickness of fireproofing of furnace wall is 500mm. The thermal insulation material is silicate insulation board and high strength light-weight insulating brick.

4-      Supply range: the drawing of civil foundation, layout chart, furnace body, furnace door, and lifting device. And foundation, oven , oven materials and draught fan are outside of offer
