     A: For most of the product, we have sample in stock, sample can be sent out to you within one week.

   2. Q: Is sample chargable?    

     A: For our available samples, we can provide freely. For customized samples, we will charged    accordingly.

   3. Q: Can we customize our own logo or pattern on the products & package?    

     A: Sure. It’s not a problem if your order quantity up to our MOQ.

   4. Q: Can we change color of the product?   

     A: Yes, pantone colors available and normally we need to be advised of the pantone number.

     A: Yes but we will charge the set up cost for small quantity customized package. The normal MOQ for customized package will be 1000 and less than this MOQ the printer will charge us the set up cost such as film mould and machine start-up cost.
