Description:

 

The dental duplicating machine is used for melting and mixing duplicating gel.

It is necessary equipment for duplicating molds.

The duplicating machine is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant, and the property of the duplicating gel not be changed. And the duplicating which can melt and heat very quickly.

Instructions

1.Check if all the accessories are in the package, read this manual carefully before using.

2.Put small piece of Duplicating-Gel into the mixing tank.

3.Connect the machine to an electric out, the power indicator should be on, set the maximum temperature limit to 70-80℃ with Heating Up Button.

4.Press turn the on-off button to “on” ,  and the mixer motor star working.

5.Preset the temperature

1)Press the "Heating up button” to the position up maximum temperature limit, then adjust the temperature by “reduce temperature” knob or the “add temperature” knob to reach 70-80℃ for user need.

6.When the Duplicating-gel is heated and the temperature reach 80℃, the red light will go out, the buzzer will ring to remind you of the Duplicating-Gel is melted. Press the “ Heating up button” to stop the heating , then the sound will stop alarming.

7.Press the “Cooling down”button and then adjust the temperature gauge to 40℃,then the mechanical fan begin to work ,When the temperature of the Duplicating-Gel drops to 40℃(it is lowest limit temperature), turn the liquid out let valve to the left, and the Duplicating-Gel will come out, there is a sound again, the operation like the above mentioned.

8.If the machine is not used for a long time, please turn off the power and unplug the machine.

9.If the Duplicating-Gel in the tank is solidified, please take them out with a stainless steel shovel or spoon, cut them into small cubes, and put them back into the tank. It must be thaw first then can use.

 

Thawing Method

Turn the “on-off”button to on, then press the “Heating up “button, the light on(yellow color), at the same time adjust the temperature gauge to the temperature you need , then the thaw start to work.when the solidified gel melting and up to the temperature you set it will go with sound, then turn the “on-off ”button to off.

Caution

1.This machine is an electric heating medical equipment, the Duplicating Gel can be very hot. Be carefully while using.

2.User should read the diagram and learn the functions of each button before using.

3.Please do not turn on the machine when there is nothing in the tank.

4.When the Duplicating-Gel in the tank is solidified, do not start mixing. Please take them out (add water if needed ) and cut into pieces, put them back into the tank for thawing. Please do not start mixing until more than 70% of the Duplicating-Gel is melted to avoid any damage to the machine.

5.Before starting the machine check whether the maximum temperature limit setting is right.

6.Please Make sure the tempreture to must not exceed 90℃.
