ADTECH ADT-8940A1 PCI Bus 4-axis Motion Control Card of Feature:

1.  32-bit PCI bus, PnP;

2.  Pulse output mode: pulse + direction, pulse + pulse;

3.  Maximum pulse output frequency is 2MHz;

4.  Random 2-4 axes linear interpolation;

5.  Constant velocity or trapezoid acceleration/deceleration;

6.  4-axis servo/stepper motor control; each axis can control independently;

7.  All the 4 axes have position(coder) feedback input; 32-bit counting; maximum frequency is 2MHz,maximum counting range:                        

      -2,147,483,648~+2,147,483,647;  

8.  Hardware termination emergency;

9.  40-channel optical coupling isolation digital input, 16-channel digital output ,every axis contains 2 positive and negative limit  

     signals;

10.  Read the logical position, real position, driving speed, acceleration and driving state in real-time in the motion process;

11.  Each axis has 2 STOP signals, which are used to search for home , deceleration and Z-phase of coder;

12.  Each axis has 8 input signal,include 2 positive/negative limit signals,2 stop signals,1 servo in-position signal, 1 servo  

        alarm signal and 1 general input signal. two limit signals can be used as general input signals by setting them as invalid;

13.  Time delay, can set timelag time and get timelag state;

14.  Receive signals from servo motor drive, e.g. coder Z-phase signal, in-position signal, alarm signal, etc;

15.  Up to 16 motion cards can be used in one system,control 64 axes;

16.  Support operating systems: DOS, WINDOWS95/98/NT/2000/XP, WINCE; 

17.  Supports developing software with C, VC++, VB, BC++, C++builder, LabVIEW and Delphi.

 

ADTECH ADT-8940A1 PCI Bus 4-axis Motion Control Card of Function:

 

1. Pulse output:
Mode of pulse output: 4-channel pulse outputs, pulse/direction, pulse/pulse, maximum output frequency: 2MHz, uses advanced technology to ensure the error of pulse output frequency is still within 0.1% even it is in high level. 

2. Coder input: 
Maximum input frequency: 2MHzPhase difference pulse input or up/down pulse input of 4 axes A/B phase; Digital switch input:
40-channel optical coupling isolation input, every axis contains two positive and negative limit signalsInput voltage: 5-24VIsolation voltage 2500VDC.

3. Digital switch output:
16-channel open-collector outputNPN open-collector, 5-24VDC, maximum current: 100mA.

 

4. Control mode:
Offer many kinds of control modes such as quantitative motion, back-to-home motion, 2-axis interpolation.

5. Position management:
The position is managed by two UP/DN counters: one is logical position counter used for managing the output of inner drive pulse, and the other is actual position counter used for receiving the input of outer pulse. It is either A/Bphase input signal of coder or grating scale, or input signal of up/down pulse. As actual position counter, its bits can reach 32 and the maximum range is -2,147,483,648~+2,147,483,647. The outer input can also be used as hand wheel input for common counting.

6. Speed control:
Constant velocity or trapezoid acceleration/deceleration.

7. Scram input:
Supported hardware emergency termination, stop pulse output immediately.

8. Development libraries and operating system:
Support DOS, WINDOWS XP/2000/NT/98/95 and WINCE operating systemSupport programming by developer such as C/BC++/VC/VB/C++Builder/Delphi/Labview/EVCApplications based on DOS and Windows.
