Q2: Can I print my own brand/ logo on the goods?

A: Yes, we can print customers logo on the goods.Please provide LOGO picture in AI,PS,CDR format, no JPG please. Also please send us brand Authorization letter with your signature & company Stamp.

Q3: What’s the MOQ if I want to print my own brand/logo?

A: Generally speaking,MOQ for this service is 5000 pcs/item. But for the products packed by OPP bag , the MOQ will be getting more,it depend on the packing way for the products.

Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority! We always attaches great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end:

1).First,we have GMPC and ISO22716 certification,so for all the production process,we have standard rules ;

2).Second,we have QC team,one team to control when producing, the other one to inspect the goods after packing.Once everything is ok,customers will get the notice for the delivery.

3).Third, we have all detailed records for the products which do not conform to the customers’ requirements, then we will make summary according to these records, avoid it happen again.

4).Finally,We do observe the relevant codes of conduct & laws from government in environment, human rights and other aspects like no children labor, no prisoners labor and so on.

Q5: Sample Policy?

A:If we have the sample in stock,we will provide free sample with the payment term of freight collect.If we don’t, then I am sorry that you should pay the sample fee. Anyway,the sample fee will pay back to you if you confirm the order.
