We are a manufacturer located in Ningbo,Zhejiang, China, specializing in printing & packaging for more than 20 years.

2. What information should I provide in order to get a quotation?
1. Product reference pictures
2. Product size
3. Product material
4. Product printing color, surface finishing
5. Quantity
In order to get an accurate quotation(competitive price), it would be better if you could provide the design with details or
previous similar products for our reference.

3. What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 100pcs for stock cards. MOQ is 1000pcs for customzie design of cards.

4. How can I get samples for quality confirmation?
Once did the quotation confirm, we can provide free quality sample,only charge the reasonable express shipping cost.
For the sample with your own design,we charge USD100-300/item which made on production machine with same effect as mass production machine.
Another choice is digital sample,we charge USD300-350/item which made on digital machine to show the effect of printing,close to the effect of mass production.

5. What file format is suitable for printing?
AI, CDR, PSD, PDF are accepted. Resolution of the design file requires no less than 300 DPI. The higher, the better.

6.What is the lead-time for samples and mass production?
Digital sample 3 workday, real sample 7-10 workdays.

Mass production 10-25 workdays. However, it depends on the material lead-time, order quantity, production processes complexity,
and other practical factors.

 

8. Which payment ways you are accepting ?

A, Paypal, Western Union and by bank transferring.

B, Doing business with us on our alibaba store, get more flexible payment ways: VISA, Mastercard, E-checking, T/T and L/C.

C, 30% deposit before order production, balance paid against the copy of BL within 7 days
