1.TRANSMISSION DEVICE

   The machine applies the oil-soaking conjugate cam and connecting bar mechanism. A bed-liked oil tank being the main part of the mechanism. all cam are in oil tank. For longer runs and lower noise ,the machine got optimization with the latest technologies. Lower price ,comparing to the link mechanism, the  cam-linkage mechanism has a high-speed advantage.

2.LOOP CONSTRUCTION

  Having four immovable ground bars ,the loop construction is simple and compact. The sinker with an eyelet takes unable-closed steel wire. All the parts meet the technology requirements extremely so that it is more reliable and more convenient to operate.

3.LET-OFF CONSTRUCTION

  The gear let-off boxes of the machine controls two rollers for positive let-off motion. It is more simple and lower spending to use this let-off boxes.  The tension of yarn gets controlled well when working.

4. PATTERN CONSTRUCTION

  Replacing the chain-piece pattern construction, the cam pattern construction has more advantages ,example more accurate lateral motion, lower impact on bars, more speed ,better pattern and more easily to change technique.
