Printing  paper cup fan 

 

1. One ton paper cup fan need how many bottom paper?

Based on 1:0.2, that means 1ton paper cup fan needs 0.2ton bottom.

 

2. What shall do to the paper cup fans before forming them to paper cup?

Need spray water on the top edge of the paper cup fans, wait 0.5-2hours after put water could start to form them to cup.(FYI: Wood pulp paper 0.5-1h, bagasse pulp paper 1-2h) 

 

3. How many qty make up a full container?

A. For woven bag package,could load 16tons per 20feet container

B. For Carton package,could load 15tons per 20feet container

 

4. How about the packing way?

Packed in waterproof woven bags or packed in cartons

 

5.Why it’s better to use waterproof woven bag package than to use carton package?

By using waterproof woven bag package could load 4 more tons goods for each container,in this way it will save a lot of cost for you, because the more goods the container loads, the less ocean freight you pay .
