100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting.
Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

We ship led driver by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which takes 3~ 5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive , or by sea which takes about one month to arrive , depending on your actual requirements.

During the warranty period , if the led tunnel lights have any quality problems ,
we will surely slove the problems in the following way :
a. If the driver or chip is faulty , we will send new drivers or chips for free replacement .
b. If the lamp itself has problem , if convenient for customer to repair ,
we will send detailed instructions with pictures step by step ,
and if necessary send materials for free replacment, and help customer finally repair the lamp.
c. If the lamp itself has problem but difficult for customer to repair , we will send new lamp for free replacement.
d. If we found the faulty lamps quantity is more than normal level, we will assign engineers to go to buyer's company to check and repair all of the faulty lamps .
100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting.
