KD150-1 type drilling rig is a core drilling machine used for geological ore-prospecting and mine production and exploration,which can do core drilling works in mines or galleries with any dip angle.

The drilling rig is driven by an electric motor,adopts hydraulic and mechanical transmission,and has a very high level of mechanization.

Purpose,Applicable Scope and Characteristics:

v The drilling rig can meet the requirements of such technologies as general core drilling,wire line coring drilling,and reverse circulation drilling.

v The gyrator has several speed gears,including five forward rotate speed gears and a reverse gear.The operator can select an appropriate gear according to the hardness of rock and the size of hole.

v Drilling,drilling rig pulling and pushing,screwing,removing,and bucking are realized through chuck,clamp holder,and hydro-cylinder.It is easy to operate and has a low labour intensity and a high level of mechanization.

v The drilling rig has such advantages as reliable mechanical drive,a high efficiency,and sensitive and accurate hydraulic drive.

v It adopts normally closed type chuck with a high functional reliability.

v It adopts safe and reliable direct-acting normally closed clamp holder with a large detaching range.

v It is supported by double pillars and covers a small area.With a strong decomposability,it is easy to install and carry.
