Spiral Welded Pipe Mill

 

Part 1, Description :

SSAW pipe mill is used to uncoil and level the steel coil, send the strip to forming machine by certain ganle ,then bend the pipe by certain angle based on three-roller forming principle , at last weld the spiral welding seam by the submergerd arc welder . the finished pipe could be used in petroleum &gas low presure fluid conveying system and construction piling pipes .

 

 

 

Part 2, Technical Process :

Raw Steel Strip Coil → Uncoil → Head opening → Flattening → Centering → Shear → Butt Welding → Centering → Edge Sheared →  Centering →Delivery →Pre-bending →Guide Plate →Forming →Internal and External Welding → Cutting Off → Steel Pipe Output and Sortout → Deslagging → Appearance test → Repair welding → Trimming → Hydro-testing → UT → End facing & Beveling → Finished product testing  → Put in storage.
