Introduction:

GYC-60H Multi-sawblade Cutting Machine is specially designed to cut Foam Concrete, Aerated Concrete, EPS concrete, Fiber concrete. It has multi functions.

Features:

Cutting size adjustable, adjust unit 100mm, Error±1.5mm.

Production Process:

The certain dosage raw materials are mixed by the combined mixer to get uniformity slurry, the slurry is transported into mould by a conveying pump, it will shape a block after several hours, when the wet block reaches to a certain hardness, put the mass block on the cutting area to cut it into pieces of required block, then the finished pieces blocks will be piled for further curing two weeks, then it could be used for buildings, and the mould shall be clean and spraying oil for recycle.

Cutting Process:

First, cutter-1 will cut the cake block’s top and bottom;

Second, cutter-2 will cut the cake block in vertical.
