Q1. ARE YOU TRADING COMPANY OR MANUFACTURER?

A: We are the real manufacturer. We have three real factories. The general headquarters is at shanghai, another two brand are at Jiangsu province. Our Langtuo brand was established at 2007 year. Other brand are Dizhuo, Iceder, Simpole.

 

Q2. WHAT IS YOUR TERMS OF PAYMENT? HOW TO ENSURE PAYMENT CECURITY?

A: Usually 100%T/T in advance, if the goods' value us under 3,000.00us. If over, 30%T/T in advance, 70% before shipment. For the new customer, we support you to use Alibaba trade insurance to protect the legal rights.

 

Q3. HOW LONG IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

A:Generally it is 2-3days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-15days, if the goods are in stock.

it is according to your quantity and if there is any customization invloved. If we can finish machines in advance, we will inform you timely.

 

Q4. MAY I KNOW THE PRODUCTION STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Yes, of course.We will take videos and pictures at different prodcution stage of the process of your orders,you will get the lastest information in time.

 

Q5. WILL YOU TEST THE ICE MAKING MACHINE BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY?

A:Yes,we have special quality control department. QC has complete checking process.From raw material to finished machine, it will be cheecked 50 times at least. All the finished machines will be tested at least7 days to ensure sufficient capacity and stable performance in the testing room.

When you get the machine, you just need to need to connect the water and power supply to make ice.

 

Q6. WHERE IS YOUR FACTORY LOCATED? HOW CAN I VISIT THERE?

A:One year for the whole machine, In the warranty,we provide parts for free.For our distributors, we will provide routine maintenance training to your mechanic.
