Our normal caryon size is 34cm*45cm*60cm/38cm*43cm, 6rolls/shrink, about 70~120rolls/carton( according to different specifications). we can provide another carton size as your request.

Delivery time

1*20 container: 7~15 days after received order,

1*40 container: with 25 days after received the order.

Shippment

1: By EMS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS or other express.

2: By our forwarding agent (by air or by sea).

3: By your own forwarding agent.

4: By domestic forwarding agents to any city in China.

1. How about sample and charge?
Sample is free, but freight cost, but will return freight cost to you when you place order.

2. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a professional manufacturer for 15 years.

3.What about the payment?
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance againstcopy of B/L, by T/T, Cash or 100% LC at sight.

4. How long is the lead time?
Normally within 15-20 days after deposit received.

5.What's our normal Trade Terms?
EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF, DDU, L/C ect.

6.How to control your quality? 
We have omplete quality guarantee system: IQC FAS &Self checking for 

each producing progress →OQC. And as below:

1). Before production: sending pre-production samples for checking.
2). During production: sending mass production samples for checking again.
3). Before shipment: customers' or the third parties' visit to our factory to
check the quality directly or any inspection is welcome!
4). After shipment: if there is any problem of our goods due to our mistake,
we will surely be responsible for it.

7. How to guarantee punctual shipment for my order?
We give priority to export orders and  keep updating progress from prod uction to delivery.

8. If we don't have shipping forwarder in China, would you do this for us?

9. How can we get detailed price list?
