GFCI stands for Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter. A GFCI receptacle is different from conventional receptacles. In the event of a ground fault or an unintended electrical path to ground , such as a shot circuit or through a person, a GFCI will trip within 0.25s stop the flow of electricity to prevent serious injury.

Compared with the other suppliers,except the leakage protecion, our products are with 5 more extra functions:
1.Neutral grounded(Double safe protection)
2.Overvoltage protection:The conventional GFCI is with 125V, if the voltage was changed into 160V or more, the LED will indicate it's overvoltage, and it will trip about 1 min. It's well avoid fire accident.
3.Self test(Auto Monitor):Allows for periodic automatic testing of the GFCI device and its ability to respond to a ground fault. If a problem is detected, the GFCI will disconnect power to anything connected to it or indicate that there is a problem using visual or audible means.
4.lind-load reversal protecion:If the GFCI is miswired with the line and load terminals reversed, it will not reset and supply power until it is properly wired. This applies both during initial installation and if the device is removed and re-installed.
5.End of life:It required by newest safety certificates. GFCI should be replaced every 3 years.
