Q1: Which material do you use?
A. The sofas and beds, we use the good quality fabric, cow leather and PU, inside is high density sponge, with polished wooden frame, solid wood leg or stainless steel leg.
B. Dining set, TV cabinet, sideboard, coffee table: solid wood, marble, MDF, stainless steel 
It is according to different items, you could ask our sales for details.

Q2: Which items can be customized?
We have our own factory, so most of items can be customized. Or customer can tell us your requirements, we will confirm you online. 

Q3: How to pack the products?
A.Normal paper package+EPE foam+Carton angle protection, used for cabinets, wood coffee table, wood dining table, bed, and other wood furniture, Wooden package is used for marble and glass furniture;
B.Transparent plastic bag+EPE foam+ Carton angle protection+ Woven bag is used for sofa. Wooden woven bag package is used for some special sofa.

Q4: When the goods can be delivered after the order is placed?
A, Normally, goods will be delivered ASAP if we have stock. Otherwise, the lead time is 10-30 days according to your quantity.
B. Customized goods need 30-45 days to finish. 
According to the quantity, the exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.

Q6: How can I get quotation and make order?
Just simply inform our staff item numbers (or link) of the items you are interested in and we will prepare detailed quotation for you. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
