Description of Plate type yoghurt pasteurizer
Field of application: In juice and other liquid food industries. The plate heat exchanger unit is designed for pasteurizing and
cooling of juice. The pasteurization temperature is typically 72 – 120C for 12-30s seconds holding, or accord to customer's
requirement.
Standard design: The unit is pre-assembled and tested before it leaves the factory. The installation on site only require
connection to external service such as product inlet and outlet, water, steam, air and electricity.
