Item No.: SUNBO PC-1030 Polycarboxylate Based Superplasticizer
Polycarboxylate ether high-range water reducer is the new generation superplasticizer based on calcium lignosulphonate and naphthalene sulfonate. SUNBO PC-1030 is a free flowing, spray-dried powder which is improved by a special powder spraying dry technology. Its comprehensive property indexes are excellent. It is an environment friendly product with high property. It has good dispersing property, high water reducing rate and good compatibility with various cements. Because of its good powder fluidity, it is especially suitable to be used in dry-mixed mortar to improve its property.Besides, it also can be used in the high performance concrete.
Usage
1. A recommended dosage is 0.16%-0.3%. Actual dosages should be determined by mixture design test according to concrete strength grade.
2. Under 0℃-40℃ the shelf life is 12 months since production.
3. Concrete test must be carried out before utilization.
4. This product is forbidden to be mixed with naphthalene sulphate.
5. Compatibility test must be done when it is used together with other admixtures.
