3. Warranty: The warranty is generally 5 years and 2 years overall, during which the replacement of broken components are free. Accessories are available.

1)We guarantee 2 years overall and 5 years on the vacuum for each container.
2)If container is damaged because of our quality, customer should provide photos and written report, then we change a new one for free.
3)If light flaw has no influence on normal usage, we refund part of money to the customer.
4)If it's not our reason or exceed the guarantee period, we could help to repair the tank,while customer should undertake the round freight.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What's your terms of delivery ?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF

A: Generally, it will take 5 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
