1) DY-150T is a static press block making machine. It adopts hydraulic molding technology. It can assure the block machine have stable and high-efficiency working status, and the blocks produced are of better quality,larger density and higher strength.The hydraulic unit can output MAX 150Mpa pressure.
2) Our block moulds are made of 16# manganese steel.Besides the good raw material, precise line cutting technology and 900℃ carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of brick moulds production.Then the mould size error can be controlled within 0.002mm . The surface layer of the brick moulds get higher hardness (achieving HRC54-58) and better wear resistance.
3) DY-150T is specially designed for making paver. It can produce many kinds of paver just by changjing the mould.
4) DY-150T has four working positons. .Four people operates in four directions, It can make MAX4000 pcs of blocks per 8 hours.
5) DY-150T can make colorful pavers, but the color feeding should be carried out by manual.
