Our company was founded in the year of 1999, with the initial total investment of 10 million CNY. At present, our company has owned five automatic production lines and a professional faculty including one PhD, five undergraduates, three senior engineers, 15 technical personnel and 40 general workers. Our total monthly production value has amounted to 2.1 million CNY. In 2004, our company imported the most advanced magnetron sputtering system, and developed Nano-Nitrogen technique to strengthen the cutting-edge of blades. With the special Nano-Cr, CrN alloy and Teflon coatings deposited on the cutting edge, the strength and sharpness of the blades have been improved significantly, together with the increase in the durability.
Our company has developed the advanced inspection technique and perfect quality control system, and administrated the production process following strictly ISO9001 international quality certification system, to guarantee the product quality rate of 100%. After nearly 10 years' development, our company has formed three major brands, including "CLOUD", "LEAD" and "YIZHUN", and covered three blade categories, including hair-cutting blades, razors and eye brow-trimming blades. Shanghai Cloud Blade Manufacturing Co., Ltd was founded in 1999. Our headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in the historic and scenic Songjiang District of Shanghai with branch offices in several major Chinese cities, including Guangzhou, Anhui, Wuhan and Chengdu. We fully develop, design, manufacture and sell a variety of blades, razors and grooming products under our three brand names: 'Cloud', 'Lead' and 'Yizun'.
Our 7000+ acre factory consists of eight automatic production lines overseen by 40 general workers, 15 technicians, three senior engineers, five undergraduates and a PhD, producing 2.1 million CNY (approx. $310k USD) worth of goods every month.

A:Absolutely we are a factory with more than 20 years production experience.
Q:Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A:We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Songjiang district, Shanghai, China.All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
