centrifugal slurry pump usage:

 widely used in nonferrous metal mineral processing of mine,single volute, made of high chrome Cr26.

  ZJ double casing centrifugal slurry pump              ZJD single volute centrifugal slurry pump

ZJD type is a single-volute centrifugal slurry pump designed and developed by our factory,

there are following advantages compared with ZJ type double casing centrifugal slurry pump:

1.Clear water injection pipe for seal:water injection pressure should be above 1kg than pump working pressure,which will be a high pressure clear water area to seal between pressure-relief cover(packing room) and deputy impeller.

2.Pressure-relief cover:named stuffing box,a deputy impeller inside,install packing ring in packing box,then put into several circles of packing in order to form a seal set between deputy impeller,packing and shaft sleeve.

3.Packing gland:installed on shaft sleeve outside and stuffing box entrance,compress the packing to suitable position with two pieces bolts through packing gland.

4.Shaft sleeve:abrasion resistant high chrome alloy material,installed outside of the pump shaft and the inside of stuffing box,which make friction between shaft sleeve outside and packing,the clear water seal will prolong shaft sleeve lifetime.

5.Disassembled ring:there are three parts for it,installed between shaft sleeve and water retaining plate,please remove the three bolts on it when dismantle pump,then remove the three parts with hammer in order to dismantle the impeller;

6.Water retaining plate:installed between front bearing gland and disassembled ring,its excircle and bearing gland forms labyrinth joint which will prevent the slurry spilling from stuffing box into the bearing case.

7.Oil injection hole:inject lubricating oil into bearing box through it.

8.Oil level window:please add oil level between above middle line and under 20mm when make sure pump base parrallel to the ground.

9.Bearing box: control the back bearing on frame support with back bearing gland,can adjust the impeller gap with the 8 bolts on bearing box.please loosen the 6 bolts first on each side of the frame support and front bearing gland bolts when adjust,then adjust the impeller gap with the 8 bolts on bearing box(4 adjustment bolts to impeller direction,the other four bolts to coupling direction)
