PET Plastic Single Screw Extruder Machine is used for plastic processing; the extruder machine is designed by one screw in the barrel. Our single screw extruder machine has a competitive price with super quality.
It is generally used for processing both PVC,PE,PET,PP,ABS,PLA,PC and so on.Machine screw diameter ranges is from 25mm to 200mm.
Our single screw extruder is consist of the famous brand and high-quality components such as screw and barrel, gearbox,Siemens/Schneider electric contactor,Japan RKC/Omron temperature controller, ABB inverter.
it can be used to making plastic pellets like PVC/PE/PP/ABS/PET an so on,and also used for produce PP/PE pipe, PVC hose,PP-R pipe,HDPE pipe and with downstream machines,such as die head, vacuum calibration tank, cooling tank, haul off machine,cutting machine, and stacking table,Printer and so on.
Main Features
1)Extruder screw and barrel are all good quality alloy steel 38CrMoVAlA from Zhoushan,with nitriding treatment and surface special treatment,good quality with long life time.
2) Gearbox: Chinese famous brand,hard teeth helical gear reducer,with nice outline, stable running, low noise and long service time.
3) Heating system: adopting cast aluminum heaters with #304 stainless steel plate covers, wind separate fan cooling system, ensuring good features of cooling and heating, precision temperature controlling.
4) Driving system: adopting China famous motor brand, using ABB inverter which provide stable torque output and various speed.

Marksim:If the machine part is broken,during warranty we will sending spare parts to you without any charge and help you make it change to new by phone or whatsapp or video.If out of warranty,we will also provide you spare part but with raw material cost,and we also will help you change to new instead of broken part.We provide spare parts and technical service whole machine lifetime .
