During the operation of the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve through V-belts, a transmission shaft, and a transmission gear. The dynamic cone make a circular motion under the influence of the eccentric sleeve, causing the moving cone to approach or deviate from the fixed cone intermittently. As a result, the material is subjected to compression, impact, and fragmentation within the crushing cavity, and the broken material is discharged from the bottom.
