Application
Our component polyurethane foam sealant material is particularly applicable to the construction sector in the
insulation and installation,Surface application.Suitable for bonding,fixing,installation,sound insulation heat
preservation and sealing moisture,gas isolation,to fill the gaps in the structure,lack of the holes and a variety
of cracks ,such as cracks.

2.The best use of temperature for polyurethane foam sealant  is +18℃~+25℃
3.After curing temperature range of -30℃~+80℃
4.Foam can adhere to the surface of concrete,coating,wall,wood and plastic,but does not
include special plotosaurus and silicon resin
5.No harm to the human body after curing

Instruction
1.Shake well before use polyurethane foam sealant  to achieve the best effect
2.Remove the dust, oil in the construction surface ,and keep the surface wet before
construction.
3.Keep the can up and down for 1 minute and connect to the spray gun , rotate and turn on the
flow valve to adjust the foam flow
4.Spray the product from bottom to up with half volume of filler
5.Foam begin to solidify after ten minute later ,turn to the next step after 1 hour later
6.Using a sharp knife to cut the unnecessary part of the solidify foam, then deal with the
surface with cement ,mortar ,painting or Silicone

 

Caution
1.This polyurethane foam sealant contains trace of harmful element,so once the gas is inhaled by

human it is harmful to human’s body and also has irritation to eye,skin and respiratory system .

But there are no toxicity after the foam is solidified;
2.Avoid direct sunlight for a long time,store in a cool and dry and the temperature could not
over 50℃
3.The empty can can not be thrown into the fire or punctured.
4.Please stay polyurethane foam sealant  away from fire and flammable and combustible things
5.This product may product some flammable and combustible gas during operation,so please
keep the air of the construction site circulating well,and the worker should wear safety device
and do not stay away from the cloth when use it.
6.Keep polyurethane foam sealant away form children,Please use water to wash and follow doctor’s

advice once the eyes are touched by the spray.If spray to the skin,please use soap or water to wash
