     Just in order to you can do business easier, so we set low MOQ, welcome to place trail order.
3. Can I have some samples?
     For existing products, we provide samples for free.
     For customized designs, we charge sample fee. But it is refundable after confirm order is up to certain quantity. 
4. What is sample time and production time?
     For existing sample: 3-5 days
     For customized sample: 10-15 days
     For bulk production: around 20 days
5. What's the temperature tolerance range of the molds?
     From -40°C to 260°C, safe for microware, oven, freezer and refrigerator.
6. How to customize my own designs?
     We have our own professional designers. So you can either provide physical samples or pictures with the format of JPG, AI, CDR, PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold.
7. How long can I get your reply?
     We provide 24 hours + 7 days customer service, your emails will be responded within 4 hours on working day and 8 hours at weekend.
