General information

 

Bestguarder SY-007 is a wireless alarm system contains one 433MHz wireless receiver and two passive infra-red (PIR) motion detectors ( up to five detectors can be combined to a receiver). When any detector is triggered by a motion in 0-15 meters open distance, a wireless signal within a maximum range of 100 meters will be transimitted to the receiver.

 

Application

This alarm system is primarily used by hunter to inform them of the approach of any animals, it is also used in the field of residential and commercial surveillance.

The hunting alarm is a wireless receiver and sensor specially designed for the hunting of wild game, to get an early alert when doing stand-hunting or driven hunt. The sensor is placed at for example a carrion place or trail and adjusted so it alerts for incoming game. The sensor detects a distance of 12m with a radius of 90degrees. The sensor can communicate to the receiver within a distance of up to 100m in free terrain (obstacles and battery strength can limit the scope). The receiver can be sent in silent mode with the earphone(not included)

 

How to connect the receiver and detector 
When the receiver and detectors are powered on, the detectors will be connected to the receiver wirelessly and automatically, its corresponding signal indicator(1,2,3,4,5) will blink for 15 seconds with sound and vibration, then keep in green color.The maximum connecting distance is up to 100M in an open environment.

How to alarm 

After the receiver and detectors are powered on and connected successfully, when the detector is triggered by any motion,its corresponding signal indicator on the receiver will blink for 15 seconds with sound and vibration alarm, then keep in green color till next trigger.

How to settle the detector 

For a optimal detection, it is recommended to install the detector at 0.3M to 2M above the ground, and 3M, 6M or 9M distance away from your monitor or detecting area, the maximum detecting distance is up to 12M in an open environment.

Caution: Please keep the fluttering leaves/branches and clothes away from the detector, which will be ease to cause the false trigger, it is better to install the detection an open environment.

 

 

The receiver is designed not to be water resistant. Never attempt to immerse the unit in water or any other liquid. This will damage the unit and void the warranty; 

The detector is designed only to be IP66 water resistant. Never attempt to immerse the unit in water or any other liquid. This will damage the unit and void the warranty; 
If put the receiver into a waterproof bag, it will impact the signal reception; 
Please use fresh 3*AAA batteries for receiver and each detector, take out the battery when the unit is not used for a long time.
