Aristo Undercoating is a permanently elastic, rubber and special resin combination undercoating for corrosion protection and sound deadening. Permanently protects automotive undercarriages, door skins, trunks,wings, wheel wells, and floor panels against corrosion from stone chips, road salt and moisture. Also deadens droning noises from the engine bay, door shells, luggage compartments and other hollow sections. Fast drying, may be over-painted when fully dry. Product can be applied over bare metal or primer.

 Provides hiding power, abrasion resistance, corrosion protection and sound deadening to:

1.   Automotive undercarriages

2.    Wheel wells

3.     Door skins

4.     Trunks

5.     Floor pans

6.    Inside body panels

7.    Other automotive applications for the tasks mentioned above.

Directions for Use:

Prepare surface, remove dust,dirt, Oil and grease. Dry the surface and mask areas not to be sprayed.

Shake container thoroughly before use.

Hold can 12” to 24” away from surface to be sprayed. Remove overspray with cloth dampened with mineral spirits or kerosene.

Clean valve after use. Turn can upside down and spray until only pressure/gas escapes. If spray nozzles gets clogged, pull it from the can and clean.

Storage and Handling:

Store away from heat. Always use in a well-ventilated area.

Cautions:

1. Do not put hot water or near hot objects, and other sources of heat;

2. Do not puncture or incinerate the bottle packaging;

3. Storage temperature should not exceed 50 degrees(122F). Non-flame or spark in the places where the use of the environment should be well ventilated.

4. Do not inhale the gas. To avoid contact with eyes and skin, wear appropriate safety cover.

A: For OEM brand, the MOQ is 1X20GP; for Aristo brand, the MOQ is 6000cans/item.

 Q: How do you transport your cargo?

A: Because our products are aerosol and flammable, they are declared as DANGEROUS CARGO, CLASS 2.1, UN1950. According to IMDG CODE, all DG cargo should be shipped by FCL in DG container. Otherwise, the consignor will be fined at least USD8000.00, while destination customs clearance may have risks and problems.

 Q: Can we get free sample?

A: 1~2 cans free sample without can printing is no problem, but the DG cargo delivery cost should be paid by clients first and will be refund back in the first container deal.
