Product Application

High Capacity Sugar Mill Machinery is a new designed grinding machine with air-cooling system. It can grind powder at 20-120mesh with cyclone and dust collector system. It is widely application for pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, etc. such as sugar, salt, crystal material; chili, pepper, pimento, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, celery seed, ginger, licorice; rice, chaff, corn, sweet potato bran, cocoa bean, coffee, etc.

Working Principle

The raw material enters into the grinding chamber through the feed hopper. The material, impacted by the high-speed rotary cutters, is thrown to the fixed liners, then is bounced and sheared. Meanwhile, under the impact, cut, rubbing force by turns, the material is micronized well. Under the pull force, the finished product is absorbed into the cyclone through the sieve and discharged from the rotary valve. A little of superfine powder is collected by the filter pockets.
It is designed according to cGMP standard and made of stainless steel. With the features of simple structure, easy cleaning, low noise, etc.．

Main Feature

1. In the behind of machine chamber, there is a propeller structure. During operation, the heat in the grinding chamber is sucked out with air quickly by the rotary propeller; therefore, there is no much heat in the chamber to keep the characteristic of the material.
2. During operation, the strong air flow can expel the material out quickly. So the capacity is high and it can grind the heat sensitive and sticky material with good effect.
