Excellent amplification and homogeneity of reaction products
Dynamic range of gene quantification at low dilutions.This realtime PCR run was done using 5 ng of hepatitis B virus DNA in each of the 96 block positions. A 135 bp amplicon of the hepatitis B virus gene was amplified using SYBR Green I detection.
A hepatitis B virus gene fragment was amplified in ten serial 1:5 dilutions ranging from 108 to 100 copies per well. Eight replicates were run for each dilution. Results on the NB988 System show excellent reproducibility and resolution down to very low copy numbers.
