Packing Information

1. Pack the chair legs with bubble bag to avoid scratches. 

2. Pack the whole chair with EPE and bubble bags to avoid the hit.  

3. When the chair pack in stack, we will use waterproof and dust proof big bag to  protect them. 

4. Carton package also available. 5 layer thick export standard carton, reinforced  paper .

5. The packing method will do as per customers’ requests. 

Q1. How to make an order?

A1:  a. Sample approval
b. Client make 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI (NEGOTIABLE)
c. Client approve our pp sample, and get the testing report if any necessary
d. Production
e. Client approve our shipping sample
f. Arrange shipment
g. Supplier arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents
h. Client finish the balance payments
i. Supplier send original documents or telex release the goods

Q2. Can you seed a sample for reference?

A2:  We are glad to send samples for your inspection. Samples are free, but you may need to pay the express fees.

Q3. How to confirm the quality with us before start to produce?

A3:  a. You can get a free sample and choose from it, and then we make the quality according to that.
b. Send us your samples, and we make the fabric according to your quality.

Q4. How to solve the quality problems after sales?

A4:  a. Take photos or videos of the problems and send to us
b. Send back the physical problem fabrics by express to us
c. After we comfirm the problems, such as caused by machine, dyeing, etc, within three days, we will draw up the satisfied program for you.
