Wuxi Nanquan Pharmaceutical Chemical Container Factory is located at Hudai Industrial Park in Wuxi, Jiangsu,China.Our company is dedicated to designing and manufacturing the pressure vessels with high quality and excellence. The company has the manufacture license of D1,D2 pressure vessels, which are class I and class II vessels with middle or low pressure. In addition, the company has the ASME certificate with “U” steel seal.


Our factory occupies a land of over 13,000 square meters and the workshop occupies an area of 8,000 square meters. We have more than 20 sets of advanced equipment for the manufacturing and testing of the pressure vessels. The lifting capacity of the overhead crane in the factory is 50 tons.We are led by a professional team consisted of the field experts (some of them have obtained the post-graduate degrees outside of China). 30% of the employees have good technical ability. The backbone of the workshop is composed of employees acquiring relevant experience of over 20 years. So far, the annual output of the pressure vessels manufactured is as high as 10,000 tons. And our pressure vessels cover all over the world now,such as Australia,Turkey,Russia,India,Thailand,Canada,etc.

Spiral plate heat exchanger is a highly efficient heat transfer equipment for steam to steam,steam to liquid,liquid to liquid heat exchanging.It is suitable for chemical,petroleum,pharmaceutical,food,light industry,textile,metallurgy,etc.Can be divided into detachable( Ⅰ type)and non-detachable( Ⅱ type ,Ⅲ type)spiral plate heat exchanger.

High Thermal Efficiency
Single and long curving flow passages with a uniform rectangular cross-section ensure superior flow distribution, intense turbulence, and high heat transfer coefficients (50-100%greater than shell & tubes).
Self-Cleaning Passages
The spiral's single-flow passages induce high shear rates that scrub away deposits as they form. This self-cleaning effect reduces fouling and makes steam heat exchangers ideal for handling tough fluids such as process slurries, sludge, and media with suspended solids or fibers.Counter current or Co-current Spiral heat exchangers normally operate in true counter current flow for close


approaches and temperature crosses. Occasionally a co-current flow design has major benefits, especially in cooling or heating fluids prone to gelation, burn-on, freezing or similar skin temperature related fouling.
Small Footprint & Easy Access
The steam heat exchanger is compact and requires minimal space for installation and servicing. Removable covers provide easy access to interior heat transfer surfaces for field inspections, routine maintenance, or manual cleaning if required.
