Two-stage drying technology in milk powder production:
Technical Note: After milk has been concentrated from 11% dry matter to 50-60% dry matter in an evaporator, the concentrated milk can be further dried to a dry matter content of 95-97%. Spray dryers or drum dryers are used for milk powder processing.
