CAN I GET SOME SAMPLE?


Yes,sample order is available for quality and market test.
If <10pcs,we will ask to pay extra $100 sample fee and it will be returned
when your order reaches one container.

WHICH SHIPMENT METHOD IS THE BEST CHOICE?


1)For one piece, we suggest to send by air or express.The shipping period is the shortest,
and ship to your door directly, you don’t need to pay import duties.
2)For large order, we suggest to send by sea. The average cost for e bike will be lower.

WHAT’S THE DELIVERY TIME?


For sample order,if we have stock, there is only need about 1
week.If we do not have any stock, there will need about 25-35days.
For wholesaler order. usually we can make a delivery within 4 weeks
after get your deposit,if you do not have any special request.

assembled and carefully tested before packing and shipping.

what's the payment term?


For sample order, as the total is not big. So we only accept T/T 100% in advance. Or there will be a huge loss from the Bank.
For wholesale order, if the total invoice value is less than USD 10000, T/T 100% in advance.
If total invoice value is over USD 10000, we can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance is against the BL copy(10-15 days after shipment).
On the other hand, if total invoice value is more than USD 30,000, we can accept L/C at sight.
