AIRLAID FELT PRODUCTION LINE
This production line designs non-woven manufacturing systems for mattress industry, Packing application, and the automotive industry,by airlaid or by carding solution.
The system produce individualized fibers with tensile strength that is uniform in both length and width under controllable percentage.
These advanced fiber web systems create fibers that are ideal for automotive applications such as air bags, headliners, sun shades, acoustical pads, door panels, and various engine parts. The versatility that is engineered into every system allows for the production of non-woven fiber webs from many materials, including cotton, cotton shoddy, synthetic shoddy, recycled fiber, reclaimed material.
