TVM-U series vertical batch mixers are the latest design of mixers from SINTD to allow even mixing of materials.A blending screw and designed vertical chamber are mounted in the center of the mixer and conveys material from bottom to top, this process mixers material evenly in a shortest time and save enegy,the blending chamber is made of stainless steel to ensure no material contamination, this product now has 3 models,such as 80U,160U,300U.

 

 Features:

1:All parts in contact with material are made of stainless steel to eliminate material contamination;

 2:Vertical mounted blending screw and cylider ensure even mixing of materials;

3:Removeble top assembly(lid,motor,and control box) for easy cleaning,0-300 hours auto-stop function;

4:Equipped with main power switch and safety interlock protective device to ensure operator's safety and no damage to the machine;

5:TVM-80U-300U has height adustable stand and castors with brake are standard accessories for easy transportation;

6:Pneumatic slide gate is an optional accessory for mounting at TVM-80U-300U discharge outlet;

7:Optional suction pipes are available for mounting at the two sides of TVM-80U-300U, to help material conveying;

8:Safety regulations to the European circuit type,the model after filling CE.

Note:

Normal mixing time is about 15min,max mixing capacity is tested based on continuous processing material of 0.65 in density and 2-3mm in size.

 

Stainless steel made material pipe ensures no material contamination,it is mounted at the blending barrel's two side to work with loading blower to load the mixed material automatically and facilitates the material conveying.
