Description

Wellyoung MGO tile backboard is a kind of MgO board, which is a ceramic tile underlayment that is manufactured from magnesium oxide as its primary ingredient rather than portland cement. The construction of this product offers a better environmental alternative and an upgrade to replace gypsum drywall and cement underlayment boards. it is a durable, water-resistant environmentally-friendly product that is suitable for use as a tile backer on countertops and floors.

 

It is a interesting building material, with properties that give advantages in many construction structures. It contributes to a more efficient, profitable, environmentally and health-friendly construction production. It has excellent fire and sound properties, sensitive to moisture, very shock-resistant and produced entirely without environmentally and health-hazardous raw materials. This board is very easy to process, and can be advantageously cut and broken as a plasterboard.

9mm Wellyoung magnesium oxide (mgo) boards could be applied for  >= 120mins fireproof lightweight partition wall;

12mm Wellyoung magnesium oxide (mgo) boards could be applied for >=  180mins fireproof lightweight partition wall.

Application

It is a ideal backboard for tubs, showers, floors, kitchens, fireplace surrounds. it also can be used outside such as soffit cladding, as an exterior sheathing behind stucco applications when structural strength is not required for the exterior sheathing, as an interior or exterior skin for SIPs, in homes where breathable walls are desired, and as a mold resistant and flame rated paneling in mobile and manufactured homes.
