Four rollers feeding with frequency control, installed with anti-metal alarm and auto-reverse function
Installed with 7 sets frequency changer all is individual control, respectively to control the feeding, cylinder, doffer, inner clutter, outer clutter ,output lattice ;
Two layers output, the lattice is PVC lattice
Top cover with PVC material, and lifting with air pressure

Conveying lattice uses Teflon belt with movable connector, grid size 4mm*4mm, transmitting lattice with conveying chain and chain-bar structure
Feeding entrance with horn shape, transmitted chain uses guide roll wheel type
Effective heating areas length 6000mm, heating area has two parts, the front part with upper-blowing &down absorbing, and the back part with down blowing &upper absorbing
