The waterproof dry bag is good for storing your dry gears when the outside is wet. It is made from heavy duty and durable pvc mesh material and producd with rws system(radionfrency welding seam) that electronically weld the material atmolecular level into a seam that is strong and waterproof.

1. What kind of products Kuer factory could offer ?

Rotomolded plastic products, including kayak and cooler box and other rotational molding plastic products.

Cooler box series : from 20qt to 110qt, any customized size and colors are acceptable.

Kayak series: Pedal kayak, Sit on top kayak, fishing kayak, sit in kayak, touring kayak, canoe, stand up paddle board, motorized kayak.

2.What does roto-molded mean ? 

The rotational molding (roto-mold) process is a high-temperature, low-pressure plastic forming process that uses heat and bi-axial rotation (i.e. rotation on two axes) to produce hollow, one-piece parts. The Kuer Cooler mold is loaded with polyethylene in powder form. The mold is then placed in a large oven while it rotates on two axes at different speeds, which helps prevent powder from accumulating in one spot. The polyethylene is melted and adheres evenly to the wall of the mold. Once the polyethylene is melted, the molds are pulled from the oven to cool. Once cool, the ice chest is then removed from the mold.

3.What is a rotomolded cooler box? how are they made ?

A roto-moulded cooler, or a rotationally moulded cooler, is an extremely durable cooler that is made to keep ice for a span of 5 to 7 days. They are mainly used for the outdoors when there is little to no source of electricity in order to keep your food from spoiling and your beverages chilled. Of course there are other uses for them as well such as fishing, hunting, tailgating, etc. These coolers can sustain the toughest conditions and abuse due to their design and construction.

The process is quite simple, yet complicated. To keep it simple, roto-moulding is a polyethylene plastic forming process which uses a mould that is placed on these rotating bi-axial arms. These bi-axial arms go into a high-temperature oven which melts the plastic evenly and forms a shape inside the mould. Once they are cooled, the plastic that formed is pulled out and taken to the next step which is the high-pressure polyurethane foam injection. This process gives roto-moulding an advantage over cheap coolers in that the walls and corners are twice as thick and practically impossible to break.

4.How long will kuer cooler keep ice ?

There is more to ice-retention than what any individual can and will say about it, therefore, our answer to you will be more scientific. There are many variables to how long our coolers will hold ice, for instance: the outside temperature, if the cooler is under a shade, what type of ice and how much ice you’re putting in your cooler, etc. The short and honest answer would be: 5-7 days.

5.What is your MOQ for coolers and kayak enquiry?

Sample order :1 pc; We did not do retail because of the high shipping cost.

Final order: 20ft container. You could choose different kinds of kayaks and coolers to fit in the container.

6.How long is the sample lead time?

Normal color: 2 -3 working days;

Customized color: 7 working days;

7.How long is the cooler production lead time?

15 days for a 20ft container; 25 days for a 40hq container.

9. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

11.What is your payment term?

Sample order: 100% full payment before shipping via TT&Paypal&West Union&Trade assurance.

Normal payment term: TT 30% deposite and 70% aganist copy of B/L.
