1.Is sample available? How long will it take for sample preparation?

Sample is available with freight collect, one sample will be ready within three days.

2. Is there any other fabric choice?

Besides PVC, TPU is also avilable but will cost more.

3. Are there any other colors available?

Yes, for the time being, three colors are available for pVC model, black, blue and grey. Actualy, the color could be customized as long as the order is of no less than 2500PCS.

4. Is special tool needed to assemble or fix the shower?

No, the shower is well connected at factory. All you have to do is to fill with water, step on the pump and squeeze the trigger, then enjoy the shower.

5. Shall I hang it overhand to take a shower?

No, it just sits on the ground, the pump works to regulate the pressure.

6. Shall I pump continually during the shower?

No, just pump occasionally when you feel the flow is weak or slow.

7. What can I do for a better shower?

To assist with flow, you can raise the want tank higher in the air by placing on top of a table or a stool.

8. How much water shall I fill in the tank?

Fill water to desire level, at least half way or ¾ full in the holding tank.

9. How to dry it after use?

Mount the tank upside down with fill/pressure release valve open.

10. Could I put my logo on the shower?

Yes, we will provide a artwork template in PDF format, all you have to do is to work out yours accordingy.

11. What's your MOQ?

We could accept order as small as of 100PCS,  you wil get a discount as long as your order is no less than 500PCS.

12. Payment terms and payment methods?

For sample orders, we accpet PAYPAL, TT, Western Union.

For mass order, we prefer TT. As you may know,  Chinese exporting compaines could get tax refund from government by refering to bank transaction records, but all payment via PAYPAL is not through Chinese bank and not recorded. That's to say, we couldn't get tax refund for transactions via PAYPAL, as is part of our profits.
